Frosty, Christmas Tea and Gingerbread Houses

We had a fun day yesterday. We went to see the Frosty ballet with our homeschool group. (Sorry for the blurry pic. It's hard to get good pictures when people are moving and you can't use flash.)

After the ballet, we had some dear friends over for a little Christmas tea. Even the boys liked it. They were excited to be able to serve one another. A good life lesson.




Then we made Gingerbread houses. It was a lot of fun. Each child had different ideas.





I love Christmas time. It makes spending time with friends that more special.
